10. Joe Alexander (8th overall in 2018)

Joe Alexander was an athletic freak who wowed the Bucks at the combine and catapulted to the 8th overall selection. The Bucks quickly realized their mistake, as Alexander failed miserably in his rookie season. They traded him to the Chicago Bulls in February of 2010 where he played eight games before never appearing in an NBA game again.

9. Rashad Vaughn (17th overall in 2015)

Tipping off our list is the “sharp-shooting” wing out of UNLV. After only playing one season of college ball, Rashad Vaughn entered the NBA draft and landed in Milwaukee with the 17th selection of the 2015 draft. Vaughn was out of Milwaukee, and the league, three years later and hasn’t returned since. Despite a couple of highlight-reel games, he was never able to shoot at a pro-level despite that being advertised as his strength. And since the rest of his game desperately needed work, he’s no longer in the NBA.
