Milwaukee Bucks: The 10 Greatest Games of Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Career
6. April 4th, 2019 at Philadelphia 76ers: 45 points, 13 rebounds, 5 blocks, 0 turnovers
With the Philadelphia 76ers battling Milwaukee as one of the best up and coming teams in the Eastern Conference, Antetokounmpo always rises to the challenge and plays with a ferocity rarely seen since the days of Michael Jordan.
Thus was the case when the Bucks traveled to Philadelphia on April 4th, 2019. In the second to last game of the regular season, and despite Milwaukee already locking up the number one overall seed in the East, Mike Budenholzer played his guys and wanted to send a message to a potential Eastern Conference Finals opponent. And oh, boy, what a message!
Antetokounmpo was at his absolute best as he poured in 45 points (on 16-for-21 shooting), 13 rebounds, six assists and a whopping five blocks. The best part is he did it while not committing a single turnover. He’s the ONLY player in NBA history to ever record at least 45 points, 10 rebounds, five assists, five blocks and zero turnovers in a game.
