With the 30th overall pick in the NFL Draft, the Green Bay Packers should target any one of these five defensive backs who could be available.

There are a number of directions the Green Bay Packers could go with their first pick at number 30 overall in this year’s NFL Draft. They have a few needs that remain high on their list including wide receiver, defensive line and a defensive back.

It may seem odd to see defensive back on that list considering their starting secondary includes two first round picks (Jaire Alexander and Darnell Savage), a second round selection (Kevin King) and a big free agent signing (Adrian Amos). However, King is set to be a free agent after next season and the Packers could use an upgrade opposite Alexander.

Defensive coordinator Mike Pettine also loves to play a fifth defensive back in place of the second inside linebacker. Therefore, the Packers could target any of these five corners or safeties in the first round of this year’s draft.
