The Green Bay Packers need a home run in the 2020 NFL Draft and could hit one by selecting any one of these three prospects.

After a bit of an underwhelming free agency that saw the Green Bay Packers target value over splash signings, general manager Brian Gutekunst and his staff need to land a playmaker with their 30th overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.

The Packers replaced Blake Martinez and Bryan Bulaga, stalwarts at inside linebacker and right tackle, respectively, over the past four seasons, with risky additions such as Christian Kirksey and Ricky Wagner. Although both Kirksey and Wagner have the potential to be suitable starters, it’s doubtful Green Bay took the step forward they needed to based on free agency alone.

When it comes to pass-catchers, perhaps, the Packers’ biggest need, Gutekunst waived Jimmy Graham, let Geronimo Allison walk and brought in Devin Funchess. Not exactly breath-taking moves.

In order to point the arrow upward heading into the dog days of summer, Gutekunst must swing for the fences with his first draft pick, and these three guys would be best-case scenarios for the Packers.
