1. Jalen Reagor, TCU

Jalen Reagor would be a tremendous pickup for the Packers in the first round. Despite having a down 2019 season that saw him only catch 43 passes for 611 yards and five touchdowns (a lot of it was due to poor quarterback play), he’s a dynamic talent.

He ran a 4.47 second 40-yard dash at the NFL combine and is an amazing athlete who can run past most cornerbacks. He gets to his top end speed very quickly as well, which makes him seem even faster than he is.

Reagor is the true definition of a home-run threat any time he touches the ball. Although he has less natural receiver skills than some of the guys on this list, head coach Matt LaFleur would be smart to find creative ways to get the ball in his hands. Making Reagor’s whereabouts unpredictable to a defense would be the best and most dangerous way to utilize him.
