3. Tee Higgins, Clemson

Tee Higgins followed up his breakout 2018 campaign with an even better 2019 season. After catching 59 passes for 936 yards and 12 touchdowns as a sophomore, he proved to be even more explosive last season. He had the same number of catches, but increased his yardage to 1167 and his touchdowns to 13. Impressive.

At 6-foot-4, he’d provide Rodgers with yet another big body on the outside. Except for this time, it’s a receiver who can get downfield quickly and win his fair share of 50-50 balls. His explosiveness could open up the field for the rest of the Packers’ pass-catching threats.

Higgins can play all over the field as well, as he has experience playing both on the outside and in the slot. He’ll struggle early with getting off the line of scrimmage against stronger cornerbacks, but he has every chance to become a very good receiver at the next level.
