In all likelihood, Laviska Shenault will be available when the Packers are on the clock with the 30th overall pick in the first round of the draft. After a monster 2018 campaign that saw him rack up 86 receptions for 1011 receiving yards and six touchdowns, he slipped a bit in 2019, only catching 56 passes for 764 yards and four touchdowns.

Unfortunately, he’s already been a bit injury-prone. He only played in seven games his freshman year and nine games in 2018. A lot of that has to do with his physical play. At 6-foot-1 and 217 pounds, Shenault brings the fight to you. He’ll outwork and outmuscle most corners and is able to box them out to make contested catches.

Like most receivers coming out of college, he has some work to do with his route running. However, he has a tremendous work ethic and amazing physical skills that give him a high ceiling. If the Packers can get past his potentially low floor, he could be a steal at the end of the first.
