Green Bay Packers: 5 Wide Receivers To Target In First Round of NFL Draft

5. Brandon Aiyuk, Arizona State

Brandon Aiyuk is the least established receiver on this list, having only posted great numbers in one season. But, what a great season it was. As a senior at Arizona State, he caught 65 balls for 1192 yards and eight touchdowns.

Aiyuk came up from the Junior College ranks, making him much more of a risk than many receivers the Packers could take in the first round. However, he has the size, speed and ability to match many NFL-caliber wide receivers and could develop into a WR 2 or 3. That may cause his draft stock to slip a little, but it’s the reality of his situation.

Aiyuk is a beast at creating yards after the catch and is a homerun threat every time he touches the ball. He may not be the sexiest pick, but he’d certainly improve Green Bay’s wide receiver corps if he was selected.
