4. Justin Madubuike, DT, Texas A&M

The Packers released defensive lineman Mike Daniels before the beginning of the 2019 season and were hoping for some of their other players to step up. Unfortunately, guys like Dean Lowry were non-existent for most of the season. That leads to Green Bay penciling in defensive linemen as a need heading into the offseason.

Madubuike is a guy who can get after the quarterback from the interior, as evidenced by his 11 sacks and 22 total tackles for loss over the past two seasons. Playing alongside Kenny Clark will also help, as it will ensure Madubuike only receives single blockers.

He’s tailor-made to fit in the Packers’ 3-4 scheme and could even play different techniques if they switch defensive coordinators in the future. For now, the ability to move him across different positions would be a huge plus. He’d be an immediate starter in Green Bay.
