Most Improved Player: Khris Middleton

The Bucks have a number of players who could’ve won this award. Donte DiVincenzo has come out of nowhere and seems to be helping Milwaukee reach another level. Unfortunately, second-year players aren’t usually eligible for this award, as it’s only natural they take a step forward. Antetokounmpo is another player who has a case to make for this award.

Alas, Khris Middleton is the one who earned it. He made his second All-Star team this season and had a strong case to be a starter. Middleton has improved his offensive game almost across the board–improving his three-point percentage, effective field goal percentage, assist percentage and rebound percentage.

If the Bucks want to win an NBA Championship, they’ll need a second star to arise next to the Greek Freak. That’s exactly what Middleton has done through the first 54 games this season.
