Before the Green Bay Packers take on the 49ers, here are four things to know about the Niners since they last met, along with predictions for the game.

By now Green Bay Packers fans have heard all about how ugly their Week 12 matchup was against the San Francisco 49ers and we are all well aware that everyone expects the Niners to win this week as well.

While that very well  could be the case, this is also a Packers team that has improved since they last played in San Francisco and they have the great equalizer in Aaron Rodgers. Now, by no means is that necessarily going to equate to a victory, but they have shown plenty of resiliency this season and that they can win on any given Sunday.

But enough of looking back, let’s look ahead to the NFC Championship game. In Week 12 I partnered with Justin Fried of Golden Gate Sports, where they cover anything and everything about the sports scene in the Bay Area, and we have once again teamed up.

Just as we did the first time around, Justin was kind enough to answer five of my questions about this Niners team to help provide some insight into the upcoming matchup. As always, I reciprocated and answered five of Justin’s questions about Green Bay, so be sure to check that out on their site as well.
