Tee Higgins WR – Clemson

There is the possibility that Tee Higgins could very well be off the board by the time Green Bay is on the clock, but as we’ve seen in the past, you never truly know. As most Packer fans will acknowledge, the wide receiver position needs some work this offseason and just as GM Brian Gutekunst overhauled the edge-rusher and safety positions in 2019, I’m expecting much of the same with receiver in 2020.

After a very nice 2018 season where Higgins put up nearly 1,000 receiving yards on 15.9 yards per catch with 12 touchdowns, he came back with an even better 2019 season. Through 14 games, Higgins has 1,115 yards on an incredible nearly 20 yards per catch with 13 touchdowns. With his big body he would be a great target for Aaron Rodgers in the passing game.

Here is what Kyle Crabbs of The Draft Network had to say about Higgins in his scouting report:

"“Big, tall, long bodied receiver with a phenomenal catch radius and some impressive plays on the ball when he’s tightly contested in man to man coverage. Will provide ample margin for error when targeting him on back shoulder throws. His hands are pretty strong and when he gets the nose of the ball he’s quick to secure it. Pretty smooth off the line of scrimmage and long strides easily stack defenders when pressing on vertical stems.”"
