The College Football National Championship game will take place Monday Night, and for Green Bay Packers’ fans, here are five draft prospects to keep your eyes on.

The Green Bay Packers have their own big game coming up on Sunday evening as they take on the Seattle Seahawks in the divisional round of the playoffs. And the winner, will head to San Francisco next week just one game away from the Super Bowl.

However, there is another big game taking place this week and that is the College Football National Championship game which will be played on Monday, January 13th. It has the makings of being an incredible game between LSU and Clemson, not to mention that there are a number of 2020 draft prospects Green Bay Packers fans should be keeping their eyes on.

While Green Bay still has hopes of winning the Super Bowl, the draft process has begun for many teams, and draft night really isn’t that far away. So taking a look ahead is never a bad idea.

In addition to these five prospects that I’ll go into more detail on below, there are three other players to watch, however, they most likely won’t end up in Green Bay.

The first is Rashard Lawrence, the IDL from LSU who is a very good player, but he will be returning to school for his senior year. Then we have LB Isaiah Simmons of Clemson, who is a supreme athlete but unfortunately, he won’t be on the board when the Packers are selecting. Lastly, is CB Kristian Fulton of LSU, and while I don’t think it would be a bad idea for the Packers to address that position, he is likely a first-rounder and if they do select a CB, it won’t be at that point in the draft.

Now with that out of the way, let’s focus in on these five prospects, in particular, who could end up in the Green and Gold come April.
