If the Milwaukee Brewers want to make a free agent splash this offseason, they should look to sign one of these ten players.

We’re a little late to the party, as the MLB offseason has already begun. And some players like Yasmani Grandal and Will Smith have already found new homes. Regardless, we’re going to take a look at the 10 best free agents available from the Milwaukee Brewers‘ perspective.

These aren’t necessarily the 10 best free agents overall. It’s more about the best players available combined with the Brewers’ needs. For example, they don’t necessarily need outfielders at this point so there won’t be any outfielders on this list.

What there will be, however, are a bunch of starting pitchers because that’s a huge need. Milwaukee went all last season without consistent pitching from their starters. It will be interesting to see how general manager David Stearns addresses this need in the offseason. Standing pat is almost certainly not an option.

The last thing we should note is the salaries the players will demand. Some of them might be out of the Brewers’ price range, but that’s not the point of this compilation. We are simply looking at the 10 best free agents available from the Brewers’ perspective. So, without further ado…
