2. Bryan Bulaga

There was a lot of discussion in the offseason about whether the Packers should cut Bulaga in order to save some money heading into the season. Bulaga is a great right tackle when he’s able to be on the field. Unfortunately, he’s missed a lot of time throughout his career due to injuries-including 13 in the past two seasons alone.

Thankfully, he’s been pretty healthy so far this year. He did suffer an injury against the Eagles and was unable to finish the game. When he was out, it was obvious how badly the Packers need him. The Eagles pass rush was able to hit home more often and Rodgers was uncomfortable in the pocket. That injury lingered throughout last week, but Bulaga was able to fight through it and play against the Cowboys.

The longer Bulaga plays at this high of a level, the higher his price tag will rise. Green Bay obviously needs him, as they don’t have an immediate replacement at right tackle. He also gives the Packers a great one-two punch with David Bakhtiari at left tackle. Hopefully, he continues to stay healthy as availability is his best ability.
