NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – SEPTEMBER 29: Dak Prescott #4 of the Dallas Cowboys reacts after losing a game against the New Orleans Saints at the Mercedes Benz Superdome on September 29, 2019 in New Orleans, Louisiana. (Photo by Jonathan Bachman/Getty Images) /

What is the key to winning this game for Dallas?

Reid: Much like I stated above, play-calling on early downs is key for the Cowboys this week and all season long. If the Cowboys use play-action passing and RPOs early they’re going to be tough to stop. Dak is one of the best in the league at play-action and frankly, should be doing it 100% of the time on those early down passes.

Leaning on Zeke early (even against sub-par run-stopping teams) is a recipe for disaster. He needs to be seen as our closer more than our opener.

Takeaway: Clearly the Cowboys have been very effective with passing the ball on early downs and offensive coordinator Kellen Moore will have to decide whether they should continue using that approach or attack the Packers at their weak point which is run defense.
