10. Jason Spriggs

Jason Spriggs has been a relative bust and an extreme disappointment in Green Bay. He was selected in the second round with the 48th overall pick back in the 2016 NFL Draft. At that time, there was hope he could eventually take over at right tackle and become a long-term starter for the Packers.

Unfortunately, that never came close to happening and now most fans just hope Spriggs doesn’t have to spend any meaningful time on the field. He’s been a liability along the offensive line when he’s been required to play and it’s often meant bad things for his quarterback. This is likely Spriggs’ final season with the Packers.

9. Trevor Davis

Trevor Davis hasn’t had different success than Spriggs. However, he came in with much lower expectations given he was a fifth-round pick in that same 2016 draft class. Davis has elite speed, but he’s never been able to do anything with it. He has just eight career receptions with his last one coming in 2017. The only reason he’s still around is that he’s the only punt and kick returner the Packers have. And he’s a mediocre one at that.
