6. Antonio Freeman

Freeman was a fun-loving Packer and helped spark the resurgence of the franchise. He was selected in the third round of the 1995 draft and spent most of his rookie season as a kick returner. However, he quickly made a name for himself during his second season, as he caught 56 receptions for a whopping 933 yards and nine touchdowns.

This started Freeman’s knack for the big play. He averaged 15.4 yards per reception while playing with Favre. His career- best came in 1998 when he posted a whopping 17 yards per catch. That was a career year for Freeman all around. He ended up catching 84 passes for 1424 yards and 14 touchdowns.

Freeman’s most notable play came in overtime on Monday Night Football against the Minnesota Vikings in 2000. Favre threw a long pass to Freeman that a Vikings defender thought he had broken up. However, the ball somehow landed on Freeman’s shoulder as he was laying down and the receiver caught it, got up and ran to the end zone.

Freeman played with Favre up until the 2001 season. He spent one year with the Philadelphia Eagles before returning to Green Bay in 2003 for his final season. When it was all said and done, he was one of the most dynamic receivers Favre played with.
