8. Dorsey Levens

Levens was the definition of a dual-threat running back throughout his time playing alongside Favre. He could either catch the ball out of the backfield or take a handoff for purposeful yards. That dynamic ability is what landed him at no. 8 on this list.

Levens caught 271 passes from Favre that went for 2079 yards and 16 touchdowns. His best receiving season came in 1999 when he brought in 71 receptions for 573 yards. He was always there as a safety valve for No. 4 and had reliable hands.

He also added two seasons with over 1000 rushing yards in 1997 (1435) and 1999 (1034). There’s likely an equal case for his partner in crime, Edgar Bennett, to be on this list as well, but we’ll give the nod to Levens. He was a dangerous weapon during the back to back Super Bowl appearances in 1997 and 1998.
