After months of waiting, the Green Bay Packers made their first pick in the 2019 NFL Draft at no. 12 overall. They surprised many by selecting Rashan Gary, a defensive lineman out of Michigan. Despite the surprise, there is a lot of hype surrounding the Packers’ organization.

Like every draft prospect, Gary comes with pros and cons. There are certainly things he can improve on as he begins his career in the NFL. However, there are also areas he hung his hat on that allowed him to get this far in his professional career.
