Week 10: Vs Carolina Panthers

The Packers have struggled against the Panthers the last couple times they’ve played them. Cam Newton would rip apart the defense and even famously called out Clay Matthews before making them look silly.

But that is when the Panthers were a playoff caliber football team. Last year, Carolina started off 6-2, but then went on a 7 game losing streak and eventually finished the season 7-9. Their defense is still pretty good, but their lack of offense (minus Christian McCaffrey) will hurt them later in the season. They picked up Chris Hogan, but he’s not exactly a guy you plug in and expect to put up big numbers. This one at Lambeau should be a game where the Packers run away in the 4th quarter and force a couple Newton turnovers. The week after will be a much needed bye.
