The Green Bay Packers schedule was released late on Thursday evening. Even though the schedule release is a silly exercise with the number of leaks that take place long before the show, the 2019 Packers schedule became official at 7 PM Central time.

One of the first things everyone looks at is what games are considered appointment viewing. While the Packers are a popular team, some games are more important than others. For example, last season everyone had the Packers showdown with the New England Patriots circled on their calendar.

This year is different because the opponents are different. There will be no showdown with Tom Brady at Gillette Stadium. There are, however, some great games that are on the schedule.
