Malachi Dupre (Round 7, 247th overall): D+

Dupre decided to skip his final season at LSU and enter the NFL Draft in 2017. It probably wasn’t the wisest decision as he was the Packers last pick in the draft and the final wide receiver taken. Dupre never made it out of the preseason with the Packers and was released in September of 2017. Since then, he’s spent time on the practice squad of the Buffalo Bills, Houston Texans, Seattle Seahawks, and is currently with the Arizona Cardinals.

He has only appeared in one NFL game during his career and was a bad pick for the Packers. The only thing that saves it from being an F is the consideration of where in the draft the pick was made.

Devante Mays (Round 7, 238th overall): D-

Mays was the third running back Green Bay selected in 2017 and the only one who failed to make a splash. He ended up getting four carries during his rookie season with the Packers and tallied a grand total of four yards and two fumbles. Not great, Bob.

He was released in September of 2018 and is currently a member of the Cleveland Browns. Don’t expect to hear his name any time soon, however, as he’s clearly outclassed in the NFL.
