Most Valuable Player

Now, the award we’ve all been waiting for. As most people know, this is a two-man race between Antetokounmpo and James Harden. Harden is having a historic offensive season and is averaging an incredible 36.2 points per game. With scoring being the easiest attribute to measure it will be hard for Antetokounmpo to overcome that.

However, I believe voters in today’s game are smarter than ever thanks to the plethora of data that’s available. It’s a lot easier today to quantify and understand Antetokounmpo’s diverse impact on the game than it was even 10 years ago.

The Greek Freak also the best player on the best team-a position that holds some weight with voters. The Bucks don’t have a clear second-best player, but that hasn’t stopped Antetokounmpo from leading the charge. When the NBA awards are announced in June, I believe we’ll here Antetokounmpo’s name called as the Most Valuable Player.
