75th Overall- TE Jace Sternberger, Texas A&M

It’s easy to see why the Packers used one of their official pre-draft visits on the product out of Texas A&M. Sternberger is the complete package with quick feet, strength as a blocker, and surprisingly smooth breaks as a route runner.

He only had one year of productivity but it was impressive with 48 receptions for 832 yards and 10 touchdowns. Green Bay’s veterans Jimmy Graham and Marcedes Lewis would be able to mentor Sternberger from both angles as receiving and blocking tight ends respectively.

Sternberger is a short term project that should be a starter in just a few years. Get Rodgers a nimble tight end that can also contribute in the run game.
