Green Bay Packers: Under the radar free agents to consider

With Blake Martinez and Oren Burks back, the Green Bay Packers have their current starters on the inside. But they need that thumper to battle against the power games of teams like Chicago, which is where Ryan comes in. The veteran missed all of last year after suffering a torn ACL in the early portions of camp, which was the worst case scenario for a guy in a contract year.

When he was healthy, Ryan was a solid, albeit unspectacular linebacker who was very strong against the run but struggled in coverage. As a bounce-back candidate, Ryan could be a good fit as a third linebacker and special teams stalwart. Look for him to stay in Green Bay for another year.
