OG A.J. Cann

The Green Bay Packers offensive line is in both good and bad shape. At tackle and center, they are as strong as any team in the league, but at the guard spots, there’s a lot to be desired. The team is currently banking on Lane Taylor to return to form and for new acquisition Billy Turner to play to his potential, but getting another former starter on the roster cannot hurt. That’s where Cann comes in.

Finishing up his rookie contract with the Jaguars last year, Cann has started 59 of 60 games in his brief career so far, mostly at right guard. A strong, nasty guard who likes to mix it up, he could be a mirror player to Taylor and help the Packers offense get at it in the run game and protecting Aaron Rodgers beyond just blocking for him. He’d be the enforcer of the line, much like T.J. Lang did in the past and as Lucas Patrick last year.
