9. Brian Burns, EDGE, Florida State

Burns is the second straight edge-rusher on this list and he would be a great pickup for the Packers. Burns is in the conversation for the second-best edge pass-rusher in the draft. He’s got great size (6-foot-5) and all the athletic traits to make him a force in the NFL.

Burns doesn’t only rely on his athletic abilities to succeed. He is a very polished pass-rusher and has a bevy of moves to get after the quarterback. He has a high ceiling and could be a game-changer for whoever drafts him. Hopefully, it’s the Packers.

8. Jonah Williams, OT, Alabama

On the surface, the Packers don’t have a glaring need at offensive tackle. David Bakhtiari holds down the left side and is one of the absolute best in the game. Bryan Bulaga is pretty good in his own right. Unfortunately, Bulaga has struggled mightily with injuries over his career and isn’t dependable to play all 16 games.

In a draft class that lacks an elite offensive tackle, Williams is the best of the group. He has the skills to be able to start right away and would be a good fit in new head coach’s Matt LaFleur’s run-first offensive scheme. If he slipped to No. 12, it would be a tough choice, but Williams’ talent is undeniable.
