The Milwaukee Brewers are a team that loves their youth. Last year, the Brewers had large contributions from their young players and we could see the same thing this season in 2019.

In 2018, the Milwaukee Brewers ended up leaning on their young talent when it came to the use of the pitching staff. It started off with Freddy Peralta, who made a huge first impression and showed a lot of potential when he struck out 13 batters in his MLB debut. Then came Corbin Burnes who was a key part of the bullpen and a go to during the playoffs. Lastly is former top prospect, Brandon Woodruff. He became a very helpful long relief option and played a big impact on the mound and surprisingly at the plate during the playoffs.

It’s now 2019 and we could see a few more prospects coming up this season. General Manager David Stearns made the farm system very strong during his first couple years with the Milwaukee Brewers. From making solid picks in the draft to gaining prospects during the short rebuild, there are a lot of players that are looking to make their way up to Milwaukee.

These young prospects have worked their way through the system and have made huge impacts in the minors. In this upcoming season, Milwaukee Brewers fans could see what the future of the team looks like. Here are six prospects that could make an impact in 2019.
