1. Advance to NBA Finals

If bold predictions No. 3 (60 wins) and No. 2 (home court advantage) come to fruition, then advancing to the NBA Finals is a very real possibility. Even if the road is a bit tougher for the Bucks, this is a realistic goal this season; something that sounds crazy considering they were limping to the playoffs with Joe Prunty as their head coach just this time last season.

The Bucks haven’t really been legit contenders since the early 70’s when this franchise went to the franchise twice in four years and won it all in 1970-71 behind Kareem Abdu-Jabbar. Those were the glory years, but, thankfully, Giannis Antetokounmpo is creating his own version of the Bucks’ glory years.

The top of the East is tough this season with the 76ers, Celtics and Raptors all having legit opportunities to surpass Milwaukee and advance to the Finals. However, the Bucks have beaten these teams all season long and have proven in every way imaginable that they deserve to be at the top of the class. The stage shouldn’t be too big for Budenholzer, Antetokounmpo and company. And when the games matter the most, they’ll step up and advance to the Finals.
