Wayne Ellington should be a target for the Milwaukee Bucks. He had an amazing three-point shooting season last year and the Bucks could use another deadly three-point threat. He also should be able to be easily acquired as he is currently out of the rotation for the Heat.

Miami should also be looking to move him to reduce their tax bill, and a trade like this would reduce their overall salary by $4 million and get very close to getting under the tax.

Phoenix would just be swapping one small expiring contract for another and would most likely do this if they were compensated either with money or perhaps a 2nd round pick which would probably come from the Heat.
