1. Packers corners vs Bears receivers

When the Packers have been beaten this season, it’s been through the air. They’ve been taken down by the aerial assaults of multiple teams, and the Bears have a unit that’s not too shabby. Allen Robinson, Taylor Gabriel and Anthony Miller aren’t the best trio in the NFL, but they aren’t too bad either. Head coach Matt Nagy does a great job of generating open looks for his receivers, and he will keep that up this week.

Bashaud Breeland and Jaire Alexander have shown the potential to be an amazing tandem moving forward. Both play larger than their listed size, and they will need that against Robinson. At 6’3″ and 211 pounds, Robinson is a large target. Alexander played well against Julio Jones last week, but there is no telling who will be matching up with him this week. No matter which one of them draws the assignment, they will need to play some of their best football of the year.

Next. Have Cobb and Matthews earned another contract?. dark

The Bears’ x-factor will be whoever matches up against rookie cornerback Josh Jackson. Jackson has great athleticism, but he doesn’t have the coverage skills necessary to survive at the NFL level yet. He has improved as the year has gone on, but he still has issues with getting overly grabby when he’s beat. If he can fare well in his matchups, the Packers will have a really good shot of slowing down this offense.
