9. Noah Fant, TE, Iowa

Fant is a tight end who’s on just about every team’s radar entering the draft. Even though he’s a true junior, he’s a lock to enter the draft given that he’s skipping Iowa’s Outback Bowl to focus on getting himself prepared for the next level.

Fant set career highs in receptions (39) and receiving yards (518) in 2019 and added seven touchdowns to give him 18 in the past two seasons. Those numbers may not jump off the page at you, but they’re very impressive given the quarterback situation the last couple of seasons.

Fant could give the Packer the nightmare matchup they were looking for when they signed Jimmy Graham. Fant is 6-foot-5 and can run with the best of them. His field-stretching ability is just the beginning, as he also creates yards after the catch. Even if the Packers decide to keep Graham, Fant could learn behind him for a season or two.
