1. Jimmy Graham

Jimmy Graham has been a complete bust for the Packers and that likely isn’t changing anytime soon. Graham broke his thumb last week, but is trying to tough it out for the remainder of the season. While that’s much appreciated, it likely renders him completely ineffective down the stretch.

Graham was supposed to be Gutekunst’s prize offseason signing when he agreed to a three-year, $30 million contract in the offseason. However, the Packers can get out of the deal after one season and only have $3.66 million of dead cap on the books.

That could very well be the route the front office decides to take, as they haven’t gotten what they expected out of the aging tight end. It will be the most difficult decision to make out of any of these players, but sometimes the difficult moves turn out to be the most beneficial.
