The Green Bay Packers are in store for some major changes next season including the departure of these five players.

A lot has gone wrong for the Green Bay Packers in 2018. They’ve fallen apart on offense. They’ve lost any sort of playmakers on defense. They commit mistake after mistake on special teams. Overall, they’ve lost their swag.

With the team in store for major changes in the offseason, these five players could easily be on their way out of Green Bay. Some of them are pending free agents and won’t have their contracts renewed. Others, still have some time left on their deal, but will be cut as a result of high salaries and low performance.

General Manager Brian Gutekunst is tasked with the difficult position of rebuilding a roster that lacks talent, but has an aging MVP quarterback at the back-end of his prime. In order to jump-start the process, Gutekunst will certainly be looking to maximize every dollar he can spend in free agency.

Even with the rising salaries of other players, the Packers can create a lot of flexibility with the cap by removing the following salaries off the books. Even though that’s one major motivation to part ways, their individual performances also play a factor. Without further ado, here are five players who will be gone in 2019.
