2. Dwayne Haskins, Ohio State

Dwayne Haskins possibly has the highest potential of any quarterback in the entire 2019 draft. This would be a swing for the fences pick by Gutekunst and his front office that could set the Packers up for success for another two decades.

Haskins has great size and arm strength that would make any head coach fall in love. Whether it’s Mike McCarthy or someone else, any coach would love to get their hands on Haskins and his raw tools.

There’s potential Haskins won’t even declare for the draft, but if he does, Green Bay could consider using their first round pick they acquired from the New Orleans Saints. Given that Haskins is only a one-year starter at Ohio State, he’d also benefit tremendously from learning on the bench for a few seasons before given an opportunity to play.
