It was a season for the ages for the Milwaukee Brewers, the future is as bright as any in baseball, and there is plenty to be thankful for this Thanksgiving

It was a season for the ages for the Milwaukee Brewers and there is plenty to be thankful for. For the first time since probably 1982, the future for the team is just as bright as the present.

Loaded with young talent and important players who missed the year or suffered from down seasons will be back, and the front office and coaching staff are top notch. It’s as good a time to be a Brewers’ fan as it has ever been. With Thanksgiving coming up, there’s a lot for fans to be thankful for.

From an MVP to four Gold Glove finalists, the best manager since Harvey Kuenn to the first in a new wave of young, intelligent General Managers, the Brewers are potentially the most promising franchise in baseball when looking toward 2019 and beyond. That’s why fans can be thankful.

With the offseason underway, the Awards given out to the very best in baseball, and the Brewers looking ahead to a new year and another potential pennant chase, here are five reasons to be thankful for the Milwaukee Brewers in 2018-2019.
