The Green Bay Packers take on the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday night. If they win these matchups, they should win the game handily.

The Green Bay Packers (4-4-1) head to Seattle to take on the Seahawks (4-5) in a battle of two teams that are getting into the must-win territory to get into the playoffs. While the Packers finally got somewhat back on track last week in a win over the Miami Dolphins, the Seahawks lost a nail-biter to the Los Angeles Rams. This has become one of the best rivalries of this decade ever since the infamous “Fail Mary” game occurrence, and it should remain that way Thursday night.

Both teams have dealt with their fair share of injuries this season, and that won’t change Thursday as four Packers aren’t even making the trip to Seattle, and Seahawks starting running back Chris Carson has also been ruled out already. Both teams have shown the ability to adjust in these scenarios, and it will be interesting to see how that plays out this week.

Whichever team loses this game will be facing an uphill battle to get into the playoffs. The Seahawks are basically already playing for a wild card spot, while the Packers are in one of the best divisions in the NFL. It’s all going to come down to just a few plays and just a few matchups at the end of it all. Check those very matchups out right here to get that early scoop on who to watch for.
