Green Bay Packers vs Miami Dolphins: 5 matchups to watch
2. Kenny Clark & Mike Daniels vs Dolphins interior linemen
Kenny Clark has started getting more press this season, but he is still slept on in the conversation of best interior defensive linemen. Against this Dolphins group, he has the ability to further strengthen his case. He has elite strength and speed for the position that makes him so tough to handle for anyone. Mike Daniels has slowed down some this season, but the human bowling ball is always making plays with a motor that never stops running.
While Tunsil plays well, Ted Larsen has struggled at the left guard spot. He will need some help this week with Clark across from him. Clark has been putting together a highlight reel of abusing guards this season, and Larsen won’t want to end up on that reel. Center Travis Swanson has regressed this season, but he knows how to be a great player in the middle. The Dolphins will need that this week.
Green Bay has been known for their run defense in the past, but they have struggled in that area this season. Clark and Daniels can fix that this week against a Dolphins team that likes to run the ball. Forcing Osweiler to beat you is the blueprint to beating the Dolphins, but they have to stop the run and score points to make that happen.
