8. Dante Fowler, pass rusher, Jacksonville Jaguars

The Packers biggest need is a natural pass rusher from the outside. So far, Clay Matthews and Nick Perry have been a colossal waste of money this season and have yet to make many plays of consequence. This is where Fowler could step in.

Fowler plays the same position as Matthews and Perry and can help give the Packers another player to rotate onto the field. Fowler, the former third overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, hasn’t quite lived up to his draft stock so far. However, he did rack up eight sacks last season and would provide a nice boost for the Packers.

It’s unclear if the Jaguars, who are still trying to be competitive this season, would give up on Fowler quite yet. However, if they choose to do so, general manager Brian Gutekunst should hop on the phone lines.
