1. Le’Veon Bell, running back, Pittsburgh Steelers

Bell is the prize of this list, but also the one that almost certainly won’t happen. He should be playing under the franchise tag again this season in Pittsburgh, but has failed to sign it or report to the team yet. Each week he fails to report he’s losing a bunch of his money.

Regardless, there have been some rumors Bell might sign the tag in order to come back and be traded. If that happens, the asking price will be extremely high. We’ve already seen someone like Amari Cooper command one first round pick, so Bell would at least start there and go significantly higher.

Regardless, someone like Bell isn’t available very often. He’s the best running back in the NFL and can do everything. He’d give the Packers one of the best weapons in the league and someone to take a huge load off Aaron Rodgers’ shoulders. The Packers have the draft capital if they, for some reason, choose to pull the trigger.
