5. Green Bay Packers receivers vs Buffalo Bills defensive backs

The Green Bay Packers may be without their number two wide receiver in Randall Cobb (hamstring), who has been dealing with an injury all week and was looking to bounce back after a rough Week 3 performance. If he can’t go, we may see an increase in snaps for some of the rookie wide receivers, or we could see an increase in multiple running back and tight end sets. Regardless, the receivers have to do better this week to help Rodgers out.

Tre’Davious White is one of the best young corners in the NFL, and he should have his hands full on Sunday afternoon. Davante Adams is a top-10 wide receiver in the NFL, and Geronimo Allison actually leads the Packers in both yards and touchdowns right now. Behind White comes Phillip Gaines, if White doesn’t shadow Adams all game, Rodgers should work to take advantage of that positive matchup.

Last season, the Bills’ safeties Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer both finished ranked inside the top-10 per Pro Football Focus. Jimmy Graham continues to get more integrated into the offense, and, while these are no slouch safeties, he creates matchup advantages all over the field. Rodgers and Graham should be a frequent pairing during the game, and it wouldn’t be surprising to see Rodgers have a blazing first half against this secondary.
