1. Randall Cobb

Randall Cobb started the season with a bang. In the first game against the Bears, he hauled in nine receptions for 142 yards and one touchdown. Unfortunately, it’s been all downhill from there including his worst game as a pro against Washington.

Cobb had not one, not two, but three critical mistakes that directly led to the outcome of the game.

His first mistake came on the very first series. Washington had just scored a touchdown and the Packers were trying to answer. Cobb came open across the middle and Rodgers delivered a strike right to hUnfortunatelyortunatley, Cobb was unable to bring the ball in as it zoomed through his hands, hit his chest and fell to the ground.

Cobbs next big mistake came later in the came. Facing a critical fourth-and-2, the Packers decided to go for it. Cobb ran a beautiful route right at the sticks and Rodgers again put the ball right on him. Cobb somehow mishandled the ball and allowed it to fall to the turf as he was lunging across the line. It was originally called a catch, but later overturned via a Washington coaches challenge.

Cobb’s final mistake came when he fumbled a wide receiver screen, allowing Washington to recover and all but end any chance at a Green Bay comeback.

Cobb’s a veteran so he should be able to bounce back. This contest against the Bills will be a great test to see how mentally tough he really is. Especially if Graham is out, the Packers need Cobb to be the best version of himself.
