4. Nerlens Noel

Nerlens Noel is the biggest wildcard on this list. He’s struggled with the Dallas Mavericks over the past year and a half, only appearing in 52 games. His struggles with the coaching staff and management there were well-documented.

Despite hardly playing, the former sixth overall pick is still just 24-years-old. He proved in Philadelphia he has the potential to turn into a defensive stud who relies on his length to defend multiple positions and thrive in the pick-and-roll. He’s also a good rebounder.

Noel signed an extremely cheap one-year deal for $1.75 million with a player option for the 2019-20 season. That would have been well worth a gamble for the Bucks, as they are searching for their franchise center.
