4. Kelvin Harmon, WR, North Carolina State

Kelvin Harmon is the final wide receiver on this list and the one who has the opportunity to be the most dynamic in the NFL. Harmon is ranked near the top ten on the Draft Network’s big board so the chance he’ll be available for the Packers appears to be slim. However, it’s still worth keeping an eye on him, as anything can happen between now and the draft.

Harmon is in his junior season at North Carolina State and has already proven he can be a legit threat. He posted 69 receptions for 1017 yards and four touchdowns during his sophomore campaign in 2017. He had five touchdown catches his freshman year so he’ll look to improve on those numbers this time around.

At 6-foot-3, he’s another receiver who fits the Packers mold at the position. Harmon is a more athletic Davante Adams who can run great routes, yet beat his man down the field as well. He already has good hands and knows how to high-point the ball. It seems like he’s a win-win for any team who drafts him.
