2. Malcolm Brogdon

Malcolm Brogdon is one of the most efficient players on either end of the floor. Especially on defense. He may not wow you with his steals numbers, but he’s smart as heck and is always in good defensive position. He also relies on strong fundamentals to make his man work and earn every single inch.

Brogdon is similar to Middleton in that he’s able to defend multiple positions. He’s probably best suited to guard 2s due to his lack of quickness, but could slide into point guards and use his strength advantage. Speaking of strength, that also allows him to guard some 3s from time to time even despite giving up more than a few inches.

Brogdon is one of the Bucks’ hardest workers and his limited role on offense allows him to maximize his effort and energy on defense. Brogdon will battle with the best of them and is the definition of grit and toughness. Look for him to make his presence felt on that end of the floor.
