The 2018 Wisconsin football team has 9 of 11 starters returning on offense and are gearing up for a great season, but where could they rank among the best Badgers’ offenses of all-time?

Wisconsin historically isn’t known for their offense and before Barry Alvarez came around in 1990, the program in general was pretty much a mess. However, over the last 27 years. we’ve been able to enjoy watching some pretty high scoring teams.

One disclaimer on how this list was determined before we get into the rankings. No one just wants to see the list of highest scoring teams in Badgers’ history and “the best” offense isn’t always just about scoring.  It’s also about dominance, balance and overall talent. All of those factors were considered among others when determining the ranking.
