Here are three takeaways from the Green Bay Packers loss Friday night to the Oakland Raiders.

The Green Bay Packers 13-6 loss at the hands of the Oakland Raiders was brutal even by preseason standards. The offensive line never gave quarterbacks Brett Hundley and DeShone Kizer a chance to work through progressions or find a rhythm. And, for the third straight game, the Packers did not show much running the ball. As a team, they finished with 23 carries for 73 yards.

Like every preseason game, players and coaches will dissect the film and find ways to improve. Green Bay has one game remaining before the roster must be cut down from 90 to 53 players.

Rookies J’Mon Moore and Jaire Alexander were two notable standouts from Friday’s night matchup. Moore who has struggled to catch passes in practice and games had four receptions for 62 yards, including a 27 yarder.

In his postgame press conference, Mike McCarthy seemed pleased with his performance.

“He (Moore) played really well tonight,” McCarthy said. He’s been doing a good job in route running and releases, he just needed to finish it on the backend. I thought he did a really good job of that, had some excellent catches and definitely took a step as a young player.”

Meanwhile, Alexander made the splash play of the night with an interception at the beginning of the second quarter. Alexander, who has missed time with a groin injury, made a leaping grab to halt a Raiders drive.

The Packers will wrap up their preseason Aug 30 when they take on the Kansas City Chiefs but, before we get to that here are three takeaways from their first preseason loss:
