1. The Defense Scores Again

After taking two interceptions back to the endzone against the Steelers, the Packers defense is showing improvement in play recognition and playmaking, and look to continue that against the Raiders.

Depending on whether Derek Carr plays, the Raiders could be rolling out backup quarterbacks like Connor Cook behind a shaky offensive line. The Packers have been able to not only give themselves the opportunity for takeaways, but have been finishing those plays as well in both previous games. That will continue.

Now, as to the method of the touchdown, that’s yet to be seen. It could be another pick-six from someone like Josh Jones or Jaire Alexander. It could be a strip-sack by Vince Biegel or Reggie Gilbert. It could even be a safety on a bad snap or a holding penalty in the end zone. There are many ways to score on defense, and the Packers will find one on Friday night against the Raiders.
