4. DB Quinten Rollins

The former second-round pick is in between positions and a potential career crisis. He’s played corner, safety, and punt returner this preseason, but hasn’t shown much in support of keeping him around much longer.

Head coach Mike McCarthy commended Quinten Rollins for his versatility during training camp, but the former college basketball player has only been a letdown to this point.

Granted Rollins is coming off an Achilles injury, but it is no excuse for his poor awareness in coverage and continual mental lapses. Against the Titans, he was subject to blown coverages, missed tackles, and a muffed punt concluding one of the worst individual performances from the preseason opener.

Rollins’ downfall has been tough to watch as he flashed some playmaking ability as a rookie with two interceptions including a pick-six. Now, he’s the Packers’ fifth or sixth corner at best with plenty of young talent worthy of his spot on the team.
